I bought a gold bars 2x’s. Now the game expects me to buy bars EVERY SINGLE TIME I RUN OUT OF MOVES! WHERE ARE THE ADS THAT GIVE ME BOOSTS AND EXTRA MOVES????? I’ve seen in Reddit that people bought bars MONTHS AGO and they STILL DON’T HAVE ADS! PLEASE FIX THIS!

Not to long ago I would have given this game a 5. Over the past month plus there have been far too many changes and certainly not for the enrichment of the game. Ian retired so I was free to play anytime and often it lasted most of the day. I’m very disappointed that we come to the end and and of the games but given the opportunity to play the game when you finish the game you make your way through a “special “ pink door and continue to play but without some o features. If these readers are having difficulty understanding me it’s probably because this doesn’t make sense to me and I can’t really describe it. I’ve played this game for years and feel pretty sad to be thinking about leaving. I just don’t understand so many changes and not very positive either.

They make the prizes more difficult to obtain to force purchases and ads.

I hate that you changed the rewards for a legendary ball. No incentive when the reward only lasts 30 minutes. Makes it pointless to play

now you have to give them your email and name in order for them to delete your info… that’s just ridiculous. it used to be if i deleted it from my phone it deleted my history. now you have to ask, email and wait.

I like the game, but if i have to leave the game to answer a text or call, it will fail the level, even if I’ve already won it. So frustrating and ridiculous

This was my favorite game. Maybe I am too simple, but I love Batula - why change the rewards? I make sure I play every day sometimes for hours and spend gold so I won’t lose my status. Now there is no point—the rewards are only good for 30 mins and I have to use them all at once. Not fun. :(

Why were the wonder balls time dropped so much.

I’ve enjoyed the game for years but now it locks up. This makes the game tedious and no longer enjoyable.

Make the rewards the way they were before. Don’t need extra minutes, want the rewards to when I want to! Please fix or I will stop playing. I will never pay $ for boosters!

I play this game constantly when I need to relax but now that I’ve gotten into the higher levels the rewards such as wonder balls have gotten worse. I’m looking for something other than temporary time on certain things like striped candy or exploding balls. I would much rather have them to use when I need them instead of 10 or 15 minutes and they’re gone. You’d think they’d get better, not worse. Also instead of taking away one bottle for a loss you are taking away all of them which then takes me hours to pass that level. It makes me angry and I’ve almost deleted the game several times.

Several times, including a few minutes ago, I have purchased 5 more moves and after getting the message I've purchased them, the game crashes. When I go back in, I don't have those moves but I am charged for them. I'm tired of it. Fix it. And it hasn't been fixed. Again I wasted .99. What isn't it fixed? I haven't been able to send this but again I lost $.99. Why hasn't there been an update to fix this?

I have such a long streak going for logging in and I accidentally missed a day while on a trip. I was 1 gold bar short to extend it so I tried to purchase more but it won’t let me. Please fix this I don’t want to lose my streak.

Dishonest company. The game is addictive and has great graphics. That said, it is programmed to make you pay to buy ‘special candies’ and coins needed pass levels. This is bad faith. Also - this has happened SEVERAL times — the app has either malfunctioned or been reset on purpose by the developer resulting in my losing some coins or special candies. When I reached out to the developer, instead of restoring my purchases, the CSR gave me a few special candies, nowhere near what I lost. AND ALSO DELETED ALL THE OTHER CANDIES IN MY ACCOUNT!!!

Best game ever to relieve stress of the day.

This app will overcharge you if you purchase one of the extra features like gold bars or extra candy. Can someone tell how to resolve this? i purchased extra candy for $4.99 it charged me 3x the price!!! Do not purchase extra candy or gold bars!!! This is a scam!!!

Tho I’m collecting striped candies and in-game tally is adding up, each time returning to the rocket rush race info it shows me at 0 striped candies.

Love this game

I’m confused as to why I can no longer access boosters? Instead I have to pay for them with gold bars even when I earn boosters when I successfully bake the cake or earn them in the rewards pass. Make it make sense!

I do Not want 30 minutes of prizes. Bring back solid rewards and lollipop hammer. Change it back to rewards I can use when I am playing, not in the next half hour. Lame Update. I hate it!

Irritating

This game was much more enjoyable before it became about trying to get you to watch as many ads as possible. It’s one thing to take a break by playing a few rounds of the game, it’s harder to justify the amount of time it takes to watch so many ads.

Make it go away or…give us the option

My team has been together for 2 years and I am in the #1 spot at level 7213. We are all high level players. A new person has joined my team and bakes the cake as soon as it opens Thursday at midnight. If he wants to play on a team by himself, he can create his own team! All my teammates agree! Otherwise, I love this game, play everyday, and spend at about $150-$200 a month on bonuses.

I have FINALLY learned my lesson about spending money on this app. I enjoy the game, so I didn’t mind spending money to advance further. Don’t do it! After $99 purchase and having all the boosters activated, the game is set up to make you use all of your Gold bars and saved boosters at the bottom. Even with all your boosters activated on an easy level it won’t let you pass without spending MORE boosters! I already paid for these boosters but the game is rigged to make you lose more. You are actually PUNISHED for spending your hard earned money!!!!

Whoever thought of this should be thanked, this game is definitely a brain push-up enjoyable and very fun

It’s so fun and relaxing

After a recent update, there are fewer opportunities to get boosts/prizes when accomplishing goals. Used to be a 5 star game for me but it’s not nearly as fun when I have to pay money to get decent prizes.

Game is addicting, played for years but past several weeks unable to use my gold bars, “store unavailable”. I have most recent update, reinstalled and lost my days in a row. Please fix to make it 5 stars again

For two weeks I haven’t gotten credit for and of the difficult or very difficult matches. That means I don’t get the occasional to buy the goodies. I’m gonna delete the app if this doesn’t change. I’ve tried to get ahold of someone to help, and that’s not fair!!

Fun and addicting game but the ads are just getting to be too long

I don’t understand why the “legendary” rewards have been changed to time limited boosters as opposed to actual boosters that can be used during game play. Particularly the lollipop that clears the board. It is ridiculous that that reward was taken away as we have to play so many levels to get to the “legendary” reward. It takes away the incentive to play this game any longer.

I had hundreds of boosters saved up. I opened the app and they were all gone. Never uninstalled or logged out.

I don’t know what happened but when I open my app, it says I have stuff to claim, but when I open it, nothing. What happened to the watch a video for more moves? What happened to the pass you had to collect a certain amount of points for a prizes? I thought my app needed to be updated, but no. My phone is up to date but it’s a lot of bugs right now and I’m thinking of deleting the game. Please improve.

I had played this version once before, so I generally get the idea of what I must do. SO FAR, I’ve popped bottles, saved the bears of the honey and gummy kind, and also made the bears go thru a candy necklace line. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS, I MANAGED TO SAVE LOTS OF MOVES AND GET THROUGH THE LEVELS MUCH QUICKER. I SHOULD BE PROUD OF MYSELF FOR ACCOMPLISHING THIS. THANKS. Kenneth Huang. 3/14/2025.

Love the game but I win the rewards and they disappear shortly after. What’s up?? So many earned rewards just don’t show up when I play the games. Something has changed.
